ID TECHNOLOGY SRL informs that this page describes how the company website ("Site") is managed with reference to the processing of personal data of visitors and users who consult it. The information is given in compliance with Italian and European legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679) to those who interact with the web services of the Site and, therefore, does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. It does not, therefore, refer to processing carried out through other third party websites or partners of ID TECHNOLOGY SRL, which the user may access through links from this Website. For such treatments will have to be provided, by the respective Owners, autonomous information.

Soft spam

ID TECHNOLOGY SRL may use, for the purpose of the direct sale of products offered for sale through the Site, the e-mail details you provide in the context of a purchase of a service, even without your consent, provided that it is for a product similar to that of the previous sale (so-called soft spamming). You may, however, refuse this processing at any time by notifying the Company of your objection. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Company in sending this type of communication. This legitimate interest can be considered equivalent to the data subject's interest in receiving "soft-spam" communications.

To whom we transfer your data

The management and storage of personal data will take place in Italy and, in any case, within the European Union. Currently, the servers used are located in Italy. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. It is in any case understood that, should we deem it necessary, we will have the right to change the location of the servers to Italy and/or the European Union and/or countries outside the EU. In this case, we assure ourselves as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions by entering, if necessary, into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission or only in the presence of other requirement in compliance with the applicable Italian and European regulations.
